Having grown up on O'ahu, Ryan always wanted to return to the islands to practice architecture.

A graduate of Maryknoll High School, Ryan continued his education at The University of Pittsburgh and The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.  His studies focused on engineering, architecture, and art, specifically watercolor.  Ryan spent several years working at a large firm in Charlotte, where he honed his craft and cultivated his passion for details.
