Hawaii Loa

Having spent many years enjoying this special site, the owners decided it was time to rebuild and craft their dream retirement house.  We worked closely with our clients to design a home that could flex to feel equally comfortable for just the two of them, or visits from family and friends. The upper level provides single level living for aging in place, while the lower level offers private spaces for guests. Every room offers amazing views of Maunalua Bay, Hawaii Kai, and Koko Head.
